Wed 22nd September

Well September has flown over, so far. Richmond was a bit dissapointing with Frankie thrown out and Dede 4th. Never mind we had company for the weekend and a bit too much to drink led to a big hangover!!! On to Darlington and, as we were working, we only entered Libby under Kelly Jenkinson. We were busy and she was shown on the day by Dorothy Williams who bred Brodie and Pippa. She really enjoyed herself and thought Libby was lovely. Back home after another trip to " That London " to return the wagon and back on the train to York. Back home for a week or so then on to Driffield and then to Builth Wells for South Wales.

Mon 30th August

A nice day up at SKC for us with no dogs entered we had a wander around and watched the judging. Pleased to see Brodie, Hunterheck Antigonus, win his class and well done to Fran on the bitch CC. Off to Richmond on Sunday for a week then on to Darlington.

Fri 27th August
Where has the month gone? We have not been able to get online at most places so that is why such a long time has passed since the last update. Starting with National Gundogs and Judge Linda Lillie. A dissapointing day for us really with Ola 5th Libby 3rd and Frankie thrown out !!!.

On to Bournemouth and as we were working on the stand we only entered Ola. Second and an unwelcome comment after the class from Judge? Glynn Griffith concerning her back movement (was he actually watching?) made us both feel why do we bother with non breed judges!!!!!! Great to sit and watch the Group and then BIS with Thriller taking both. Well done to Anne.

Then the Kontiki expedition over to Builth Wells (after driving up to Newbury with the lorry and getting the train back) The weather was not as good as it could be over the weekend but we enjoyed the time in Wales, as usual, and under Judge Wendy Minshull Ola won her class so that was a bit better. We didn't enter at SKC as I begrudge paying an extra £2 per dog for entering online after the paper entry date. We decided to go home for a couple of weeks and travel up to SKC on the day.
